Question about Sony Xperia 1 II
Hi. Does the display still work if it has a crack? I have had two Xperia's, the last one being the Z5 compact. Due to my inability, I have managed to "generate" a crack in the display on both. As soon as the display has a minimal crack, the whole display is unusable. It no longer reacts to touch. With the Huawei, parts of the display can be missing and it still responds to inputs and you can operate it without any problems. Has this changed with the new devices?
Hello, I can't answer your question directly because my XPeria 1 II is luckily still intact, but I wanted to give you a tip: There is smartphone glass breakage insurance, I have it integrated with my Mobiliar Hausrat. My previous Xperias also broke twice, i.e. the display. I was able to have the device repaired both times and only had to pay a deductible of CHF 50 each time. Very practical if you are scatterbrained. (By the way, I do not work for Mobiliar and do not receive any commission for this article). Greetings, vecors.
Hi, yes I already have scratches on my xperia 1 II and have not noticed any difference so far. Length takes some getting used to at first, but performance-wise it's a top phone.
