Hi, can this be used to connect a Samsung S23 Ultra to a TV / computer monitor? Thank you

I need the cable to connect a win pc or a s21 or a s6 tablet with 1 or 2 screens = works tip top
The question here is not so much the cable, but whether the S23 can control an external screen.
The cable successfully connects a Mac, an iPad and a Windows laptop to a projector or external screen.
If the Samsung can control an external screen directly, everything is ok.
