Hi all, is it possible to achieve the 9 FPS with this battery on the D850?

You can reach 9FPS without any problem. The battery was charged with a spare charger from Patona and is used with a third party grip and also with a third party adapter BCL-5. With the Nikon BCL-5 I had only 7fps !!!!
