Hi all, I bought an ASUS ZenBook Flip 14 UX461FN-E1022T plus this dock but unfortunately only LAN works. HDMI and charging do not work, which is very annoying. Actually, that is exactly the function of a dock.

Would it be possible that you as distributors can also build up a bit of pressure with ASUS, otherwise no one will buy the product and you certainly have more of an ear than we do individually.

I am happy to give the following (technically amateurish) answer:

I also bought this product together with my Asus Zenbook laptop. However, the dock works for me under the following two conditions: 

1) The dock must be connected to the power supply.
2) The dock can only be connected to one of my 3 laptop ports so that the HDMI port works. On my Asus Zenbook, I have 3 ports (1 left, 2 right of the screen - the one at the back right works for me).
