I ordered the cooler last week and mounted it.
Since no one has found anything on the internet, I'll just ask here too.
And indeed, the cooler does not light up at all.
Is it not getting enough power or what exactly has gone wrong?

Check again if you have installed the cables correctly:

Have you connected the RGB cable? Perhaps you also mixed up the +/- when you connected it. In this case, simply turn it 180° and plug it in again.
