Question about Logitech K750
HELLO we recently purchased this product. we are not completely satisfied with it because it does not work reliably. Sometimes you can type and it doesn't arrive in Word, then suddenly after a few seconds everything is written. There is also the phenomenon that you press a key and suddenly 10 letters are written... I need a solution for this problem
Here are some suggested solutions:
- Interference from other devices: Interference from other electronic devices can occur in open-plan offices, for example. Try moving the USB receiver closer to the computer.
- Connect the USB receiver directly to the computer: Avoid using a USB hub as these can cause signal interference.
- Check the light and battery: Make sure that the keyboard receives sufficient light if it is a model with a light. Also check that the batteries still have sufficient charge.
If the problem persists, you can create a service case or contact Logitech Support.
