Question about DJI Air 3 Fly More Combo (RC 2)
Hello Today I wanted to charge the battery of my Air 3. Directly in the drone via USB C. But suddenly this is no longer possible, but I have already charged the battery 3-4 times in this way. I have the Fly More package, if I have only flown one battery empty, I charge it individually in the drone. It can be charged in the charging cradle, but not directly in the drone. What can I do, what could be the cause? Thank you very much
It can have various causes. USB-C socket defective, USB controller in the drone defective or other software problem. To narrow down the problem, check the following:
- Check with the other batteries
- Check whether the PC recognises the memory via the USB-C cable
If neither works, I suspect a defective USB-C socket or defective cable.
