Question about i-tec Triple Dock

Hello I bought this docking station and just can't get 2 monitors to work via HDMI and DP, they don't get a signal or did I misunderstand something ? Does it need any software or registration? My HP Lap Top has a USB C port, shouldn't it work there? Hope someone can help me. Greetings Flo

It needs no driver, no registration but the "right" USB-C port. In our case, it works perfectly with 2 screens on a 12-month HP LaptTop. If neither screen works, it is almost certainly due to the wrong USB-C port.

In order for the docking station to work, the laptop's USB-C port must support the transfer of videos via USB-C (USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt3). It depends on the laptop manufacturer whether one of these modes is activated or not.
