Question about StarTech 1m 3 Ft USB C To Mdp Cable
Hello Can I use this cable to control a DELL U2720Q with USB-C via MacMini 2014 or to use it as a display? If not, which cable or adapter do I need to use? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Thanks and greetings Andreas

I would be careful. I tried to use the cable to connect an iMac built in 2012 as a monitor to a MacBookPro built in 2017, but it didn't work. Only an original Apple cable & Appel adapter to USB C finally helped. However, I also have a reverse case in the office. Old Apple monitor can only be combined with a third-party adapter with the MacBookPro, the original adapter from Apple to USB C did not work - tested several times . I think you have to try it out.
