Question about Pure Evoke F3

Hello, we have been in possession of a Pure Evoke C-D6 for about 1 1/2 years. We have a lot of trouble with the remote control. The remote control works very slowly or not at all for all functions. We have already changed the batteries several times, unfortunately without success. Does anyone else know this problem? Thank you in advance for any feedback.

Hello, I don't know this problem. My Evoke does this on its own. It often switches from DAB to Spotify. Or it switches itself on, and then at full volume... This behaviour is also very uncool. I haven't found out yet whether I'm getting interference from the Wi-Fi or something else.
