Question about Kenwood Cooking Chef Gourmet KCC9040S

KM094 is actually obsolete (no longer available, according to Kenwood website). The main difference between the larger display, chicer knobs and some additional frippery programmes on the Cooking Chef Gourmet is certainly the temperature difference (140°C vs 180°C). Caramelising, for example, doesn't work at 140°C, but it does at 180°C. And the Maillard reaction also only starts at around 180°C. So it's a question of what you want to cook with it.
