Hello together What does pasta preparation mean on this machine as mentioned in the specification? For me it would be the part that rolls out the dough thinly, but I don't see that in the picture?

No pastas can be made with this scope of delivery of the accessories. Ev, with extended accessories
There is a separate pasta set that can make lasagne sheets, for example. The standard scope of delivery only includes a bowl and various hooks/whisks to make de. Dough to make, not to roast it.
