Unfortunately, this was noticed too late and thus the first delays occurred. - The games were sent by letter post, as we consider this to be the ecologically better way of sending smaller products. Unfortunately, it can happen that delivery by letter post is delayed by the post office. - We currently have a backlog in our warehouse, which is why there may be delays with individual orders. - In addition, CH Post experienced technical problems in their distribution centres last week and this week. This has also led to delays. - Regarding the price adjustment as well as the delayed delivery, you are all welcome to contact our customer service, which is informed about this case and will offer you a solution.
