No, I didn't even know what to do on 25.05 and I called them 2 weeks ago.
And they told me it would be in the mailbox on 28.06. Nothing is there and I'm going to the holidays on Sunday, which is a real bummer.
Normally, the game is in the letterbox on the release date. We, the post office and also the supplier do our best to keep to this date. In rare cases, however, we have more orders than available products and have to reorder. In this case, there may be a delay. Therefore, the information is without guarantee.
We don't get a stylus with the Limited Edition, but the Steelbook. But we only get a limited quantity, so I can't promise it to all pre-orderers and that's why I didn't create a note with the product. As of now, you can still get one.

Unfortunately, several factors came together during this delivery which prevented a punctual delivery on the release.
- Due to an error on our part, the games were held back by our system. Unfortunately, this was noticed too late and thus the first delays occurred.
- The games were sent by letter post, as we consider this to be the ecologically better way of sending smaller products. Unfortunately, it can happen that delivery by letter post is delayed by the post office.
- We currently have a backlog in our warehouse, which is why there may be delays with individual orders.
- In addition, CH Post experienced technical problems in their distribution centres last week and this week. This has also led to delays.
- Regarding the price adjustment as well as the delayed delivery, you are all welcome to contact our customer service, which is informed about this case and will offer you a solution.
