Question about Lenovo ThinkPad Universal
Hello together I have set up the docking station, unfortunately the monitor does not work when I plug it into the docking station, when I plug the cable directly into the laptop it works, what could it be? Wrong Hdmi?

I don't think it's the HDMI.
You will certainly have to create the USB-C connection between the notebook and the docking station.
Make sure that the docking station is supplied with power with an external power supply unit.
Switch on the docking station with the push button
and if still no picture is visible via HDMI.
Press the Windows key and the P key together and select Duplicate with the mouse.
