Question about Delock HDMI Audio 5.1 Extractor

Hello secondly, does the audio signal still come out at the HDMI output or then only at the audio outputs? I would also like to route the audio signal from the Sunrise TV box to the headphones. However, the sound should still come from the TV. Thank you
