Hello, is this suitable to be used for gaming !? and are the buttons “one click” only or capable of “holding down” as well? Appreciate a reply.

The secretary uses it to type dictacted letters. Never used for gaming. ?Buttons' can be held down (fast forwar, rewind, listen etc.)
