Question about Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock Gen 2
Hello, I would like to connect two 60Hz screens to my MacBook Air M1 (2020). Is this docking station suitable for this? If not, which product is recommended? Thank you.

I'm happy to answer that, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Only one screen is running or the same image is displayed on both screens.
I run my MacBook Air M1 on a Targus DOCK190EUZ with two screens, but you need a driver for this.

We do not use MacBooks in the Group. So I can't confirm this for you.
We use Intel PCs (Lenovo TPs) to operate 2 external monitors at 60 Hz on the docking station in addition to the laptop monitor.
