Question about Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS
Hello, I would like to ask if this lens is suitable for the Sony Alpha II? Also whether it is the right lens for whale watching. Thanks in advance
There is no Alpha II. What are you talking about? Alpha 7 II? Alpha 7R II? Alpha 9 II? Alpha 77 II or 99 II? The latter has an A-mount connection. So it doesn't fit. For the 7 II and 7R II with E-mount, however, it fits.
For whale watching it is probably much too short unless the whales are very close. I would rather buy a 100-400.
