Hello I recently bought the headset and play on the ps4 have everything set as it should be but I am in a party always much too quiet Does anyone know what the reason is?
Have you checked the volume in the PS4 settings? You can also adjust it up and down in the settings and manually via the amp. Actually it is plug&play without you having to do anything.
