Hello, I ordered this product on Apr 27th when it was showing 2-4 days of delivery. Yesterday, it was showing delivery for on Apr 29th. Today my order is showing 7-9 days of delivery. For a new order, it is showing 3-5 days of delivery. This makes no sense. Can you please let me know how I can understand the real delivery status? I need this product urgently. Should I cancel my existing order and re-order since it shows a shorter delivery time on the new orders? Does anyone know how to contact digitec?
Its ridicoulous!Digitec/Galaxus makes false representations all over the place!
Same here...every day it says "the day after tomorrow". Since this short delivery timeline in a jungle of unavailable webcam was the decision making variable, it feels a bit like click-bait.
Has anyone received the item yet. I've been waiting since April 3 and it keeps getting delayed.
Alptug, just to let you know that I ordered this camera in the 6th of April (it was showing back then about 7 days of delivery) and I haven't yet received it. What I received already was a few e-mails from Digitec concerning the changing of delivery date. I'm surprised that items in high demand like this aren't more carefully checked concerning their delays of delivery. This happened to me also concerning an hand gel product (in Galaxus).
