Hello, I ordered the product but it was delivered incorrectly. Length 0.5 metres instead of 1.5 metres. Help, who can help me??? Many thanks and best regards

It also happened to me because the length was not displayed on the Galaxus portal.
Contact Galaxus with your customer and order number and you will receive a replacement in the required length.

I had previously checked the length on the website and that's why I ordered this... Unfortunately, the mistake was not mine but the supplier who delivered it incorrectly. I was able to cancel my order and my amount should be transferred back. Have a nice day and all the best
