Question about Delock Digital Audio to Analog HD Converter

Hello, I have just received this converter but it doesn't work with my Samsung The frame QE-32LS03T bought a week ago. I have just received this converter but it doesn't work with my Samsung The frame QE-32LS03T which I bought a week ago, does anyone have the same TV and can they tell me if they have the same problem?
