Question about RØDE VideoMic Pro R
Hello, I have had this microphone for two years and use it on the Canon EOS 5D Mark III and Mark IV. When I film without a tripod, I always have videos without sound or ones that start to hiss halfway through and then the sound cuts out completely. The microphone works fine on the Xiaomi phone with Smart Recorder recording app. What could be the problem? Thank you very much.
Sorry can't say anything about it, I bought one and then never used it, (it's still lying around somewhere) because I concentrated more on photos, hope someone else can give you an answer, I also find a lot on Youtube, just have to search for it. Greetings Karl
