Question about Logitech Brio

Hello I get with this camera only HD quality and not 4K resolution. I have tried both software (camera from Windows and Logitech Capture). Am I doing something wrong ? Thank you.

Almost has to be. I have full 4k. Are you using the original USB-C cable?

Maybe you connected it to a USB 2.0 port instead of USB 3.0?

Too bad. I bought it especially because of the 4K. Too bad it will end up in a drawer again.
