Hi! I'm looking for a rice cooker from Cuckoo as well. After making online research, I think I can possibly give you some answers. Firstly, the given information about the capacity of the Cuckoo CRP-P1009S here may be incorrect. According to
https://www.cuckoomall.de, this model has the same capacity like the CRP-R0607F, 1.8 liter (10 cups). They work more or less the same. They are the pressure cookers that consume the same amount of power; however, the CRP-P1009S has 13 cooking functions (for different types of rice and beans) instead of 12, has 14 safety features instead of 13, and is slightly bigger and heavier. Another main difference is that the CRP-P1009S provides voice navigation support in 3 languages, including English; while the CRP-R0607F supports only Korean language. As for the CR-0351F, it is a basic electric cooker that cooks rice with normal heat and steam. It has 5 cooking functions. In short, it seems easier and safer to use this model although it does not work smart like the Cuckoo pressure cookers that have voice navigation function. Nevertheless, the rice cooked with this simple model may yield different result from the pressure cooker. This is because, for the pressure cooker, the heat and steam will be locked and circulated within the pot, ensuring that every grain is evenly cooked. I personally used to try the Korean rice cooked with the CRP-R0607F. It gave better experience than the one cooked with the simple rice cooker. I hope this information can be helpful for you to make a decision...Bon Appetit!
