Question about Niimbot B21

Hello, I can only find 5x8 labels to order as extras. I would like to order smaller labels, 5x2.5 for example. It's a shame they don't specify on the model which labels to order. Would it be possible to take 5x8 and print 3 labels on one and then cut them out? Thanks
