RØDE smartLav+
Hello, I bought the "RØDE smartLav+" microphone for my new MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, I can no longer hear the speaker during a video call (when I have plugged the microphone into the headphone jack). I can't change this in the MacBook settings either. Does anyone have any advice? Do I need an adapter (if so, which one)? Thank you very much for your answer. LG
Solution attempt 1: You can try to change the audio output in your audio programme. This is possible in all common programmes (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Discord etc.). Somewhere there is a setting where you can change the audio output. You can also change the output device on your Macbook directly by clicking on the speaker symbol in the top right-hand corner.
Solution 2: I still had to buy this additional adapter for my computer. I never tried the microphone on my Macbook. It's possible that it works without it. Otherwise you need this product here:
