Hello what happened to me.  Disconnect the device from the power supply for a longer period of time. If it doesn't work, return it and ask for a refund if possible. There are far better devices for this amount.

My device has actually been working well for years, but I have the same problem if it runs for longer than a certain time. Remove the power cable, wait briefly, plug it back in and then it works again. Maybe it will work for you too!
