Hello, I bought the mouse including the mousepad. Now I have the problem that it occasionally (especially when I make fast/hectic movements while gaming) jumps a little or does not react properly... Since I only read good reviews, I wonder what the reason could be that this only occurs with me? Thank you!

Hey

When I read your question, I just tried this. When I moved my mouse quickly back and forth I didn't notice anything about jumping.
Have you downloaded the Iclue software? If not, this would be worth a try. If you have, I would check if it is up to date or needs an update.
