It is best to use one with a diameter of 12.5-12.7mm, the closer the thickness of the insert is to the inner diameter, the better the bending you will get. But depending on how much and what angle you bend, it will also be more difficult to get the insert out again, so it's best to moisten it with soapy water beforehand.
