Question about Denver DAB-18

Hello everyone, I ordered the radio less than a month ago. I was able to use the device this morning as usual, I changed the location earlier and disconnected it from the network cable accordingly, now the radio comes on and it shows me everything on the display but it has no sound, neither Dab, FM or Bluethoot. Has anyone had this before? Unfortunately, the sound no longer works at the old location either :-(

I had exactly the same problem yesterday without changing the location. I unplugged the cable from the device and then plugged it in again (first to the device and then to the power supply). Maybe this will work for you too!
