Question about Club 3D USB A to HDMI 2.0 Dual Monitor 4K 60Hz Adapter
Hello everyone, I have connected my 4K 60Hz monitor with this product. The picture is now displayed on the monitor, but it is not recognised as a separate screen. Therefore, I cannot change the resolution and refresh rate. It is currently only ventilating at 4K 30Hz. How can I change this? Or is it perhaps due to the connection? Connection: USB A 3.0, HDMI cable 2.0

Unfortunately, I can't help you with the technical side of things.
I have two monitors (Acer and HP Pavilion) connected to the adapter and I work with three monitors on the laptop (HP Pavilion).
After the settings, the monitors recognised each other and I only had to arrange the order.
It probably won't help you, but I don't think it's the connection.
