Question about StarTech USB Typ C — VGA

Hello everyone, I have a Huawei Matebook Pro and am currently in the home office. One monitor is already connected (via HDMI). Can I connect another monitor with the StarTEch USB-C to VGA Cable and use both connected monitors separately? Thank you
