Hello does the adapter work as a connection between the gaming monitor samsung odysee g5 to the ps5 wants to connect the monitor gladly via dp because it allows more fps there is that possible with the adapter

No, unfortunately the ps5 does not give the correct signal. If you don't have hdmi 2.1, you can only play QHD at 120 fps. Which almost gives a better picture with hdmi 2.0.
