Hello Digitec & Galaxus

Today I received my new Samsung Galaxy S24/U/512GB from DiTec.
The new and expensive mobile (CHF 1148.-) was once again in our milk crate.
So it was accessible to everyone - publicly. In addition, the mobile was simply packed in a cardboard box without any insulating material (electronics). I have also noticed in the past that the goods are now only delivered in a cardboard box (DI & GA). This is a bad customer experience. What does DI & GA intend to do about this?
