The PlayStation version of the headset does not work directly with the Xbox MixAmp, as there are different MixAmp versions for Xbox and PlayStation. The Xbox MixAmp is compatible with Xbox Series X|S and PC/MAC, while the PlayStation MixAmp is designed for PlayStation 4 and PC/MAC. Although the headset is technically similar, the MixAmps are not compatible with each other.
