Question about Icy Box IB-DK2106-C
Hello dear user I am using the Icy Box with an ITec power supply 112W and an HP Probook with Windows. Unfortunately, there are regular dropouts with the USB connections. When this happens, the keyboard mouse freezes for a short time. Even worse is the interruption of the headset during online meetings or VoIP telephony. The current state is not sustainable. The interruption lasts 1 to 2 seconds and occurs every 30 minutes if it is bad. Does anyone in the community have a tip for me?

We had 8 of these in use, also with HP Probook. We replaced them because the HDMI connections didn't work... I don't know what's wrong with this product. My tip: replace it! You already have the power supply, you can continue to use it.
