According to my information, the wipes are not included. Taxes and customs duty do not have to be paid additionally. From "external warehouse" means that the article is not in stock with us, but with an external supplier and must, in certain cases, first be sent to us after ordering. In such cases, we are very dependent on the supplier's information regarding delivery dates and unfortunately cannot guarantee this.
