No. Unfortunately not. Then it goes on the internet. What for? A printer should be in the building so that the devices can reach it. It should print, not surf.

Hotspot.... Do you mean WLAN via mobile? If so, that is also WLAN. Yes, you can also connect via hotspot WLAN.
