Question about Poly Voyager 5200 UC
Hello all My headset only charges via cable. It does not charge in the charging box. What could be the reason for this?
I have cleaned it. However, I noticed that the blue lamp does not light up as it does when the cable is connected directly.
Are the contacts dirty?
Yes, charging box charged (empty) for at least 2 hours according to instructions.
Charging box itself is charged?
