I was delighted to receive the switch today.
Unfortunately, it does not work as desired.

Setup:
- Laptop with docking station (DisplayPort- HDMI)
- Desktop PC (HDMI - HDMI)

SHOULD:
- Laptop HDMI
- Desktop HDMI
via switch to 1 HDMI monitor

If I have only connected the laptop, the picture appears at first.
But not for long, after a short time the monitor goes black. The signal comes and goes. However, the monitor remains switched on and does not go into standby.

As soon as I connect the desktop, the switch on number 1 and 2 starts flashing. A selection is not possible.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Yes, exactly the same for me. I bought the switch a few weeks ago - but only installed it today. I am disappointed that it does not work. Does anyone have a solution to this?
