Hello all, I received the product today. However, when I connect the adapter to my laptop (HP ENVY x360 Converitble 15) and connect the two monitors, I get no display on either. I had also set the project mode to "extend" but to no avail. Can anyone help me further?

Hello Kevin,
I'm not an expert now, but I know that some laptops just have "too weak" graphics cards and require a Doking Station to display both monitors.
I have a Microsoft Surface 2 and it works. But I had to enter the second monitor in the graphics settings. It is also essential to set the laptop so that it continues to run when the screen is folded in and does not go into standby mode. If only one screen works next to the laptop screen, it is probably the graphics card.

Hello Kevin,
As a user, I also had to try out a bit. For me it works when the laptop is open, the 'monitors in the laptop are then displayed with 3. Then there was a setting in which you had "Mirror" or another option and you had to set it away from "Mirror". This is how it worked for me
