Question about Lexmark CX431adw
Hello all, I have a problem with the scan to PC function; the Twain driver appears, but in the control panel of the printer I do not get a corresponding scan profile under the speed dials. Have I forgotten a setting or is there a special software for scanning to the PC?

The Lexmark Scanback Utility is required for this.
A profile is first created there. This then appears on the printer under "Scan on computer".
Now the scan can be carried out on the printer.
However, it is much easier to scan and send by email.
Simply enter the relevant SMTP information on the printer and the scan is sent by email.
This also works when the PC is switched off or the document can also be opened on a smartphone.
