Question about Meta Rift S

Hello all I bought the Rift s today and wanted to test it right away. After initial difficulties with connecting the headset, which I was able to solve after 1-2 hours, the next problem came. I can't connect my controller, have tried for hours and can't find a solution. I have already put in other batteries, updated the drivers and much more, but nothing works. Has anyone had a similar problem or even a solution?

Hi. Initially I also had problems with the USB until I connected it to a USB 3.1 Gen 2 directly on the mainboard. Before that I tried it on different USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (according to the specifications) which caused problems.
