Question about Canon Maxify GX7050

Hello all, Can anyone answer the following from their own experience? Does the printer recognise at an early stage or inform you with enough advance notice when consumables need to be replaced, i.e. ink needs to be refilled or the maintenance cartridge needs to be replaced? Do I then have enough time to order replacements or does printing stop at relatively short notice?

Hi Nicolas! The printer has four large openings on the front through which the cartridge levels for C, M, Y and BK are clearly visible at all times. It even has measuring lines for 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%. You should be able to see how slowly or quickly the cartridge level is decreasing and order refills in time.
