Has anyone already had experience with Care Refresh?
If so, may I ask about the detailed procedure? Where exactly was the drone sent? How much did it cost to send it? How long did the whole thing take? And was the drone repaired or replaced? Often you read about a replacement. And they only paid these 75 euros or something like that? Plus shipping costs of course, correct?

I have taken out an electrical equipment cover with my insurance company. This costs 50 per year and the deductible is the same as for care from Dji. However, mobile phones and laptops etc. are also insured;)
