After I have connected my Iphone to the Niimbot device via Bluethooth, the message appears:

"The connected device cannot be used in this area. If you have any questions, please contact your sales channel."

And then I can no longer do anything, the app is blocked. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing has worked. Does anyone know what's going on, what I need to do?

No. I've had no problems with iPhone & iPad right from the start. - Register defect with Galaxus, exchange device?
