Does anyone have experience with dimmer switches and this lamp? There is a rotary dimmer switch in our flat. Is this a problem when installing it or does the upstream dimmer switch have to be removed?

A conventional dimmer should be removed or replaced with a normal switch.

In order for the lamp to be switched on and off via the Hue dimmer or via the App/Bridge, the lamp must always be switched on. Dimming via a conventional dimmer is therefore no longer possible.
