Has anyone ever tried to charge the battery of an e-bike with it?

The question is rather how much sense this makes. An eBike battery has a capacity of 300-500Wh or even more. This power bank has just 69Wh. It will probably not be more than an emergency reserve.
In addition, you should consider that losses occur through the conversion to 230V for the eBike charger and back again for the bike battery. So that effectively less than the 69Wh will end up in the bike battery.

I tried to charge the e-bike battery but the powerbank immediately shuts down, does anyone have any experience? Capacity would be ok for emergency.

Hello Laruee,
I don't have one, it's probably not meant for that.
But I have charged a battery razor with it via a normal 230V plug, and it worked well.
